Terms and Conditions
  • Rental space fees are $200 per space for the entire event

  • NEW - Access to power is an additional fee per circuit. $50/120V & $100/240V. Generators are welcome.

  • Access to city water is included.

  • NEW - Vendors are expected to abide by all health & safety laws and guidelines, including proper disposal of waste and oil. Failure to do so will result in a ban from future events.

  • The Peony Festival Board will not grant exclusive rights to certain items sold, however vendors selling the same type of items will be limited at the discretion of the committee. 

  • Event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued unless extenuating circumstances are determined by the Peony Festival Executive Committee.

  • Spaces will be assigned by the committee based on a number of factors including, but not limited to: access to water and power, public safety, and traffic flow

  • Due to layout and public safety concerns, vendors are required to stay for the ENTIRE event. Vendors will not be allowed to set up or tear down outside the predetermined times.

  • Vendors are expected to be open for business throughout the entire event. Reasonable exceptions will be made at the discretion of the committee.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own taxes, certificates, insurance, and licenses. 

Schedule
  • Thursday, June 5th, starting at 5pm - Load in and set up.

  • Friday, June 6th, 11am-10pm - Open for business

  • Saturday, June 7th, 11am-10pm - Open for business

  • Sunday, June 8th by 10am - Area must be vacated and cleaned for the street to reopen
